The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using the Polish Rivals mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Polish Rivals is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn the Polish language through interactive exercises, word studies, and competitive features. The App allows users to:

3.2. You must verify your email address to access the full functionality of the App.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.4. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.
3.5. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5.2. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements within the App.
5.3. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Interaction with advertisements is at your own risk.

6.1. The App may offer optional paid features, including auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, “Premium” or similar), consumable or non-consumable in-app purchases, and promotional or account-based access granted at our discretion.
6.2. Payment and billing. Purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play). You authorize the platform to charge your payment method. Prices and subscription periods are shown in the App and in the store at the time of purchase.
6.3. Auto-renewal. If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, it will renew automatically for the same term unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6.4. Managing and canceling subscriptions. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings: on iOS, Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (or the App Store Subscriptions section); on Android, Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
6.5. Free trials and promotions. If we offer a free trial, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription, as stated at signup. We may change prices or offers; applicable law and store rules apply.
6.6. Refunds. For purchases through Apple or Google, refund requests are handled by the applicable store under its policies. We do not control Apple’s or Google’s refund decisions.
6.7. Feature limits. Without an active subscription or other eligible Premium access, the App may apply limits (for example, daily study sessions, advertising, or access to certain levels). Full details are described in the App.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at:

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Polish Rivals only, not Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) in accordance with Apple’s policies; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, regulatory failures, or consumer protection claims. If a third party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Polish Rivals (not Apple) is responsible for investigation and defense as required. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your use of the App from the App Store, and Apple may enforce these provisions.
8.1. All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Polish Rivals or its content suppliers.
8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App content without prior written consent.
9.1. The App features a points and ranking system for competitive purposes only.
9.2. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or goods.
9.3. We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove points and rankings at any time.
10.1. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10.2. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
10.3. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polish Rivals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
